Technical owner's assistance, from feasibility, programming and design through to works monitoring and handover

  • Technical feasibility support.
  • Creation of technical programs that meet project needs.
  • During the design phase, supporting the client or the owner's project manager, SEDRI Engineering leads technical workshops, participates in deliverable analysis, and challenges proposed technical solutions.
  • Review and validation of functional analyses in accordance with the work program.
  • Monitoring of work execution, support in the analysis of change orders.
  • Support for project owners during acceptance phases, static and dynamic pre-delivery operations (OPL), commissioning, and monitoring of the defects liability warranty (GPA).
  • Budgetary analyses and recommendations for technical solutions.
  • Search for technical optimizations (premises, ducts, ceilings, etc.) and verification of equipment maintainability.

Technical audits

  • Technical audits during acquisition, divestment, or prior to the deployment of a construction program.
  • In addition to general audits, SEDRI Engineering conducts detailed audits to assess and quantify the potential for reusing technical equipment and to improve the carbon footprint of projects.
  • Extensive testing of production and terminals is carried out: device functionality verification, flow rate measurement, hot and cold switchover testing, and proposals for the reuse of certain equipment.
  • Identification of CAPEX / OPEX and red flags based on regulatory, obsolescence and functional priorities.
  • Critical review correlated with current environmental regulations.
  • BACS decree audit.
  • Divisibility and capacity increase audit, change of use (e.g., Public Access Building; High-Rise Building).
