2 – Data We Collect

  • Data you provide us via the contact form: name, surname, email address, message, and any information you choose to enter.
  • Navigation data (cookies/trackers): truncated/anonymized IP addresses, page views, technical events (e.g., errors), date/time, device and browser, referrer.

3 – Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Respond to your requests sent via the contact form — Implementation of pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
  • Website improvement and audience measurement (Google Analytics) — consent (You can accept or decline it from the cookie banner.).
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations (security, fraud prevention, preservation of evidence) — legal obligation / legitimate interest.

4 – Data retention periods

  • Messages submitted via the form: the time required for processing, and then up to 3 years as of the last contact.
  • Cookies / audience measurement: depending on your preference, for a maximum period of 13 months (and 25 months for the aggregated statistics).
  • Technical logs and security-related data: up to 12 months.

5 – Recipients and subcontractors

Your data is processed by Sédri and, when necessary, by service providers acting on our behalf:

  • IONOS (Hosting — France): 7, place de la Gare – P.O. Box 70109 – 57200 Sarreguemines Cedex – ionos.fr.
  • AK Digital (website maintenance / managed services): akdigital.fr.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics — audience measurement).

We do not sell your data. It is shared with third parties only when necessary for the purposes described, with legally authorized authorities, or with your consent.

6 – Transfers Outside the European Union

Google Analytics may involve data transfers to countries outside the EU. When this is the case, these transfers are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the European Commission and on additional measures (e.g. IP anonymization). You can opt out of these trackers at any time via the consent manager.

7 – Cookies and audience measurement (Google Analytics)

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Google Analytics is not activated without your consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Manage my cookies" link (in the footer).

  • Type : audience measurement cookies.
  • Purpose : anonymized statistics on site usage (pages visited, time spent, interactions).
  • Control : activated only after consent, anonymized IP, limited retention.

8 – Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (secure hosting, in-transit encryption, access control, logging, backups, monitoring). No measure offers absolute security, so we encourage you to remain vigilant when sharing information.

9 - Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the following rights regarding your data: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability (when applicable). You can also set guidelines regarding the fate of your data after your death.

To exercise your rights: sedri@sedri.fr. In case of reasonable doubt about your identity, proof of identity may be requested. Response within one month (extendable depending on complexity).

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the competent supervisory authority: CNIL.

10 - Minors

The site does not target minors. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has provided us with data without consent, they can contact us to request its deletion.

11 – Modifications

This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or functional changes. The current version is the one displayed on this page, along with its update date.
