Our history

Born from the real estate division of an industrial group, SEDRI was founded in 1987.
Its mission: to support its clients in delivering their real estate projects, whatever their profile and challenges.
Since its creation, SEDRI has continuously evolved, enriching its expertise, developing new know-how, and forging strategic partnerships.
Initially specializing in consulting and Owner's Representative services, the company has progressively expanded its scope of work to include fluid engineering, real estate development, and Design & Build projects, thus affirming its positioning as a global player in real estate and construction.

1987

Creation of Sedri

Formerly Real Estate Director of an industrial group, Didier FLANDRE founded the company SEDRI.
SEDRI's mission is to support its clients in their real estate developments..

1990

Engineering Division

Creation of the Fluids Engineering Department to strengthen SEDRI's technical positioning and meet the ever-increasing challenges of projects.

2000

Expansion into Property Development

With 13 years of experience and a strong local presence, SEDRI created SEDRI Promotion and began developing its own real estate projects in the Paris region.

2018

Design & Build

For nearly 30 years, SEDRI has advised many corporate occupiers. To take this support further, SEDRI established a General Contractor division to offer its clients turnkey Design & Build solutions.

2023

Integration into the THEOP Group

Merger of SEDRI and THEOP entities.
The complementarity of the two structures allows them to address a very wide scope of support for their clients.
From consulting, engineering, and project management to Design & Build and Real Estate Development Contracts, SEDRI and THEOP can address a multitude of solutions for any type of project or client.
