Review and validation of functional analyses in accordance with the work program.
Monitoring of work execution, support in the analysis of change orders.
Support for project owners during acceptance phases, static and dynamic pre-delivery operations (OPL), commissioning, and monitoring of the defects liability warranty (GPA).
Budgetary analyses and recommendations for technical solutions.
Search for technical optimizations (premises, ducts, ceilings, etc.) and verification of equipment maintainability.
